What the beta stores
Your ChatGPT site identity links your profile, submitted projects, uploaded files, declaration acceptance, review history and simulated orders. Your public studio name, biography and location are shown on published profiles. The application does not publish your account email.
Files and access
Original uploads are private. Contributors can access their own files; the administrator can access files for review. Only reduced previews of approved projects appear in the catalog. Project data is stored with the site and files in private object storage; Dropbox is not connected.
Project analytics
To show creators how their projects are discovered, Portal records one view per signed-in visitor, project and UTC day, using a hashed daily identifier. This record contains no email address or IP address. Creators see aggregate counts for their own projects, not visitor identities.
Device preferences
Language and sound preferences are saved in this browser. This beta does not include advertising trackers or collect card information.
Do not upload sensitive client records during testing. Retention periods, deletion-request handling and the operator’s privacy contact need to be defined for launch.
