Creators and ownership
The intended marketplace connects buyers with files supplied by independent contributors. Contributors keep ownership of their work and must have the rights and permissions needed to distribute every included file and asset.
Licenses and adaptation
The number of permitted uses, sharing with an appointed architect, modification rights and resale restrictions will be stated in the final buyer license. No commercial license is granted by a simulated purchase. A project must be professionally adapted before construction.
Questions and refunds
The proposed flow records a buyer’s issue and routes it for review, involving the contributor as needed. An approved refund is intended to return the full amount paid. Eligibility, timing, payment fees and legally required responsibilities still need to be defined.
During the beta
All purchases, commission splits and refunds are simulations. No real charge or payout occurs. Demonstration project images and studios are illustrative; the demo download contains a receipt only. Uploaded originals are never released by simulated checkout.
